Discovery & Planning

Consult with client to explore goals & objectives of cleanroom project. Incorporate input from all participants (senior management, engineering, production, purchasing, operations, finance).
Establish clear project parameters including project specifications, anticipated performance levels, anticipated operational expectations, budget, timelines, areas of responsibility and chain of command.
Establish milestones to ensure project progress accountability on all key metrics.

Planning & Design

Work collaboratively with client's engineering and design departments to establish metrics for temperature, humidity, pressurization, cleanliness, containment and any other project objectives.
Establish best practice guidelines and procedures to achieve established objectives.
Troubleshoot potential issues and implement proactive solutions.

Design & Engineerig

Installation & Activation

Complete construction of modular cleanroom at remote location, ship and assemble at client's facility or construct cleanroom on-site. Handle all aspects of assembly, construction, permits with a minimum of disruption to client operations.
Ensure all components and systems function and operate as required.
Activate and test cleanroom, adjust systems and functions if needed.

Supply client with necessary furniture, work stations, equipment and supplies to operate new cleanroom installation at optimal efficiency.
Provide cleaning services based on industry-best practices and protocol standards of the client's specific industry.
Provide accredited testing to confirm industry compliance and remediation services if required.
